Developing a safe entry/exit plan for students & faculty members each day
Implement daily practices for sanitation practices
Implement policies/practices for daily triage of students/faculty
Develop contingency plans for institutional shutdown
Institute daily practices for joy for both students/faculty
Establish a crisis response plan for all Esperanza constituents
Utilize restorative practices with students and with adults to build community and trust, explore options, value individual voices, and resolve differences. Allow for time with Cynthia if needed
Provide space for worship/prayer. Allow for time with Padre Angel
Communicate clearly, current, timely communication to the appropriate constituents
Develop re-opening strategy with enrollment numbers, division of grades, day to day operating strategies, teaching spaces, and afterschool activities
